Arrive in Rome and transfer from the airport to the hotel, rest of the day at leisure.

City Sightseeing in Rome will allow you to travel through history and visit the places where the ancient Romans lived their social and political life as well as to admire the great Papal Rome, with its fine buildings and beautiful churches, by just sitting comfortable on board our buses. You will be able to visit the many churches, monuments, palaces, squares and streets of Imperial and Christian Rome, of Baroque and Modern Rome. You can admire the great monuments of ancient Rome like the Imperial Forums, the Coliseum and the Circus Maximum. You will see the most beautiful Christian places like St. Peters Basilica and Santa Maria Maggiore. One must also visit the squares and streets where the history of Rome was written such as Piazza Venezia, Piazza della Repubblica, Piazza del Popolo and Piazza Barberini. Then you can enjoy a walk among the coffee shops of the Dolce Vita in Via Veneto and later drive along the river Tevere and admire Trastevere, one of the old quarters of the City, with its typical restaurants and bars, where you can taste typical Roman dishes.

After breakfast depart for a day tour to Capri and Anacapri. Leaving Rome, in a southerly direction you take the Highway of the Sun, crossing the fertile Roman countryside and the area known as Castelli Romani. Approximately halfway along the highway you will be able to see the Benedictin Abbey of Montecassino, noted for the famous battle and its complete destruction during the Second World War. Arriving in Naples you will board the jet boat for the 45 minute crossing to Marina Grande, the port of Capri. Here you will then board motor boats to reach the Blue Grotto (available and included only from 01st April to 31st October) If weather condition will allow from 01st November to 31st March to get to Blue Grotto, payment will be on the spot (euro 28.00 pp). Mini buses are then used for a panoramic drive to reach Anacapri, situated at 280 metres above sea level from where you will have a wonderful view of the Bay of Naples. After lunch in a local restaurant, you will have some free time to take unforgettable photographs and purchase local products before returning to Marina Grande to board the boat back to Naples. Entering the port of Naples, don’t miss this opportunity to admire the splendid Maschio Angioino (a fortress of the 12th century), the Certosa of San Martino and the Royal Palace. After disembarking you will then take the coach for the return journey of approx. 3 hours, to Rome.

After breakfast take the train to Florence. After check in take a half-day tour of Florence. The tour includes a guided sightseeing tour of the Cradle of the Renaissance. Visit the beautiful Piazza del Duomo, the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Giotto’s Bell Tower, the Baptistery of St. John, and Santa Croce, the 13th century Franciscan Church with Cimabue’s famous crucifix.

After breakfast, depart to Venice via Padua, where you will visit the famous Cathedral of St. Anthony, guarded by Donatello’s “Gattamelata”. Continue towards Venice, and upon arrival enjoy a guided walking tour of this unique city. You will see the Piazza and Basilica of St. Mark, the Doge’s Palace, the Bridge of Sighs and the Prisons.

After breakfast take the morning tour by boat, crossing the lagoon with a view of the islands with a stop at the island of Murano where you will assist a demonstration of glass blowing. Afternoon at leisure for shopping.

After breakfast take the train from Venice to Milan. Check into the hotel. In the evening visit the Duomo.
